Overview: This project investigates the side reactions and molecular structural changes that occur when anhydrous-state (bone-dry) enzymes are subjected to heat treatment. By elucidating these mechanisms, the research aims to develop strategies to suppress undesired changes, enabling the design of more heat-stable enzyme-embedded biodegradable polymer materials.
